| 1934 | Uchida Ironworks is established by Suekichi Uchida in Konohana-ku, Osaka. | |
| 1964 | Changed the company name to Uchida Ironworks Co., Ltd. (Company formation) | |
| 1965 | A new,larger facility is established in Shinden-honmachi,Daito City,Osaka,and the company is moved to the new location. | |
| 1981 | Sueo Uchida becomes president. | |
| 1982 | A machining center(an FSP50 manufactured by Shin Nippon Machinery)and NC automatic tape production machine(Sam System)are installed. | |
| 1983 | Two CAD/CAM system machining centers are installed.A 3NNC vertical boring machine is installed. | |
| 1984 | Three automatic programming systems are installed to streamline manufacturing operations. | |
| 1985 | A 300-ton hydraulic press is installed. | |
| 1986 | 100-ton and 300-ton die spotting presses for die setting are installed. | |
| 1987 | A high-speed wire cutter is installed. | |
| 1989 | A 3-D measuring instrument(digitizing machine)is installed.Measures are implemented to increase product quality and die manufacturing speed.A 4NNC high-speed boring machine and 3-D data processing system(Mebius)are installed. | |
| 1992 | The head office plant is expanded.The company name is changed to Uchida Co.,Ltd.An 800-ton try-press and die spotting press are installed. | |
| 1993 | A 3-D CAD system is installed. |

| 1996 | An additional 3-D CAD system is installed.A high-speed,5-face processing machine is added. |

| 2001 | A new die finishing factory is constructed.1600-ton and 500-ton try-presses are installed.A 5-axis processing machine is installed. | |
| 2002 | Actualized the mass production dies of center pillar made of super-high-tension steel(SPC980)for the first time in the world. | |
